Why injection beats a rebuild on most jobs
A tiled shower or balcony is not waterproofed by its tiles. It is waterproofed by a membrane underneath them. When that membrane fails, the tiles above it are usually still perfectly sound — which is why demolishing them to reach it is such an expensive way to solve the problem.
Injection works the other way round. Resin goes in through the existing grout lines, travels into the cracks and voids in the bed below, and cures there into a continuous sealed barrier. The leak stops, the surface stays, and you are not without a bathroom for a week.
Diagnosis, then a price
Water travels before it shows. We trace the entry point and photograph it, so the quote is for what is actually wrong rather than for what is visible.
Less demolition, less cost
No skip bin, no tile you cannot match any more, no week without the room. Most repairs are finished in a day.
And when it will not work
Wrong falls or a failed slab need the real thing — a full strip and remembrane. We say so, with the photos, before you commit either way.
What is covered, and for how long
Different work carries different terms — showers longer than balconies, because a sealed shower is a more contained job than an external slab exposed to weather. All of it comes in writing.
