Do you have to remove my tiles?
Usually no. Our resin injection system seals the substrate through the existing tiles, so the balcony stays intact. We only recommend a full strip-and-remembrane when the structural falls are wrong or the slab itself has failed — and we will show you why before you commit.
How long does the work take?
Most residential balconies are completed in one day. Larger terraces or full membrane replacements take two to three. We book inspections within a few days and can attend same-day for active leaks.
